An industrial facility located in Charlotte is looking for a Technical Services/Quality Manager:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- New process development and improvement of established processes
- Support and lead Lean Manufacturing objectives
- Establishment and maintenance of quality systems
- Assist Business Unit Regional Manager in the implementation of business plans and objectives
- Assist and support selling and customer service processes
- Lead efforts to reduce non-conformances and resolution of customer complaints
- Leadership and supervision of Quality Department personnel
Qualified applicants must possess the following:
- Bachelors degree in Material Sciences or related field
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Problem solving and statistical analysis skills
- Experience in the management of automotive and aerospace quality systems
- Experience in ferrous heat treating
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
