Reliability Project Manager / Leader
Our client is looking for a Reliability Project Manager to start.  Once the project is fully implemented, the Project Manager will become the Reliability Leader for the plant. 

  • 6+ years of experience in plant equipment operations and maintenance. 
  • 5+ years of previous experience in a reliability role.
  • 3+ years of experience in Production and Maintenance Operations
  • 2+ years of experience in a Computerized management system
  • Extensive Project Management experience
  • Proven experience in complex Problem Solving methodology
  • Experience in Predictive Maintenance techniques based on analysis of equipment failure modes
  • Proven experience in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling 
  • Experience in systematically investigating equipment failures using analytical skills 
  • Experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical principles
  • In-depth knowledge of condition monitoring & predictive tools as well as capable of interpreting the data from the tools readings
  • Ability to lead Root-Cause Analysis activities, as needed, to resolve or prevent deviations from equipment performance.
  • Ability and experience in training technicians and operators
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and ability to work with all levels of the organization
EDUCATION: 4 year degree in either Engineering or Business

  • Facilitates improvement initiatives including focus teams/plant reliability lead team meetings, interfaces and support requirements.
  • Maintain project master plan schedules and the primary contact with the appropriate people in the company.
  • Capability to design processes
  • Audit the maintenance organization for discipline to follow-up the following processes: asset strategy, CMMS, work order completion, planning and scheduling, PM and PDM.
  • Audit the operation organization for discipline in operator’s care.
  • Report to the plant manager the audit results for recognition and improvements of the maintenance organization execution.
  • Critical analysis of the most complex problem identification.
  • Conduct in-depth problem solving exercise to improve equipment reliability
  • Revise the PM and PDM designs based on improvement of the equipment reliability.
  • Conduct recycling training as part of skill matrix of the technicians and operator
  • In summary, continuously facilitate and lead the interface with four key areas:
    1) Planning and scheduling
    2) Reliability Engineering
