Lean Consultant Continuous Improvement
Lean Consultant role at one of Consulting Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Firms” and an opportunity to collaborate with teams on a variety of transaction advisory projects for private equity investors.

TriVista is a global consulting firm, focused on operations and supply chain strategy, and implementation.  We’re comprised of results-oriented professionals with significant industry and consulting experience that specialize in serving mid-market private equity firms, and manufacturing and distribution companies in the industrial and consumer product segments.  

We currently have a great opportunity for an individual to lead Continuous Improvement Projects. 

Operational projects can encompass Lean and Six Sigma manufacturing, product quality, supply chain, new product development or engineering in the form of a diagnostic, or implementation. Consultants interface with Clients on site, and may be required to travel up to 75% of the time.

This role provides an opportunity to:
Lead continuous improvement projects that will provide a direct impact for our client's bottom line by implementing Lean Six Sigma techniques and collaborating with the TriVista team.
Consultants will interface with clients on site within manufacturing facilities and may be required to travel 75% of the time.   
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 4 year degree in scientific, engineering, business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.  MBA/advanced degree preferred
  • Extensive training in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing is required. Black Belt required.
  • 5- 8 years of progressive experience in an operations environment
  • A proven track record of at least 3 years of leading, coaching or facilitating projects utilizing LEAN manufacturing principles, Six Sigma principles, or TPM principles.  Personal leadership of Kaizen Projects.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Position is not eligible for sponsorship.
