Job Description
Client wants at least a Bachelors degree, an advance degree a plus, nice if they have related certification thru APICS, need to have 8-12 yrs exp in all aspects of supply chain definition,implementation,management and executin along with outsourcing and procurement activities with in-depth knowledge of supply chain procedures and techniques in a close tolerance (machining/metal removal) manufacturing environment. Needs to have strong outsourcing background as they are going into a major outsourcing mode. Needs to have strong communication skill both oral and written with ability to communicate motive and influence at all levels of the organization(including strong negotiating skills). Ability to deal with a variety of cultural settings and diffenences. Willingness to travel extensively.
$40-50 Million dollar division of publicly held $450 Mill corp. This Div employs apprx 250-260 people.
