You will develop and coordinate the Service Department schedule in the most cost effective manner while providing exemplary internal and external customer support. Your experience with supporting/coordinating with Service Technicians in an industrial environment will certainly be an important factor in considering your application. Planning, shipping or purchasing experience will also give you serious consideration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a strong knowledge of Microsoft products like Excel and Word will definitely be a strong requirement. In addition, if you have experience with Made2Manage software or equivalent enterprise resource planning software and can read and understand blueprints and bill of materials your resume will rise to the top.
